How long does deployment take?

From contract to live: typically 6 weeks. Factory lead-time is 4 weeks, site prep (power tap for optional AC backup, Wi-Fi allowance) 1 week, on-site commissioning including PMS integration 2 days.

What happens if a guest tries to tip the unit over?

Unladen weight is 28 kg, loaded is 42 kg. The base can be through-bolted to decking or ballasted. Tilt sensor disables service and alerts fleet dashboard if movement exceeds 15°.

Does it need Wi-Fi or can it run cellular-only?

Cellular LTE is standard; Wi-Fi is used as a fallback or for lower-cost deployments. Properties in remote locations (private island resorts, e.g.) run cellular-only without issue.

Which PMS and POS systems are supported?

Out-of-the-box: Oracle Opera, Mews, Stayntouch, Cloudbeds, Toast, Square, Lightspeed. Custom PMS connectors available in 4-6 weeks for enterprise accounts.

Is there a white-label / OEM option?

Yes. Above MOQ of 250 units, the platform can be fully rebranded — housing colorway, logo, firmware UI, and operator dashboard all configurable. See the OEM program.

What's the warranty and service model?

3-year comprehensive warranty standard, extendable to 5 years. Service delivered through our partner network in 24 countries, or we train your on-property team during commissioning.
